This Colonial Heights location basement remodel project was completed in December of 2014. It required extensive rerouting and upgrading of older plumbing and electrical wiring to support modern standards. Original basement was unfinished and needed to be transformed into a family room, recreation, laundry and entertainment area to fully utilize available floor and living space.
